they opened PW’S Saloon, a western
flavored cowboy bar in the nation’s
capital, which became an icon in the
early restaurant industry of
Washington.
Presidents, vice presidents,
congressmen, celebrities, and
prominent locals all became a part
of the lasting saloon tradition that
